How Our Bicycle Service Works

Every service starts with an intake and mechanical inspection. We look over the bicycle, note visible wear, and identify the work that needs immediate attention before anything is approved.

After the inspection, we explain the scope clearly and share a quote based on the bicycle’s condition and the work required. If extra work comes up, we ask for approval before moving ahead.

Clear inspections, careful repairs, and straightforward updates at every stage.

From a first check to final collection, we keep the process simple and practical for everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders.

Our workshop handles general servicing and repairs such as safety inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are checked for compatibility before anything is ordered.

Once the work is complete, we carry out a quality check and provide a service summary at collection. Turnaround depends on the condition of the bicycle and parts availability, so timing is confirmed after inspection.
